Processing of consular documents at Embassies

Please endeavor to go through this as this contains all the details for the handling of your document.

1. The process of obtaining and legalizing the Consular documents takes a maximum 4 WEEKS from day of submission at the embassy.
2. Submission of documents at the embassy will only be on Mondays. Endeavor to send in all documents before then for submission.
3. Fees Involved;

Embassy –                  Police Report (2,100); Bachelor Certificate (4,200)

Foreign affairs –        350

Sending –                    (depends on the mode of sending)

Errand Fee –              6,000

4. Required Documents
   1. SUBMISSION FOR BACHELOR CERTIFICATE.
      1. Court affidavit from Nigeria with receipt
      2. Copy of Passport page
      3. Entry visa OR fan ID
      4. Passport of spouse
      5. Passport Translation.
      6. Authorization letter.
   2.  SUBMISSION FOR POLICE CHARACTER
      1. Police Report from Nigeria and receipt
      2. Passport page
      3. Visa/anything with name in Russia
      4. Authorization letter

5. The deposit of 12650 confirms your order before we start submission. The sending fee will be negotiated after the
6. Please endeavor to send all the above documents together via messages on this platform to start processing.
7. Please be aware that the embassy can make mistakes on the consular document, so once obtained, we will always send the copy to you to check. Check the documents VERY WELL and see that there is no error in;

–           Their names                –           Date and month of birth

–           Passport number         –           Translation details especially translated name
