We are pleased to present to you the maiden edition of the ANSSIR BEYOND BORDERS magazine. The name Beyond Borders describes the limitlessness of our excellence as members of this association. Just as Barack Obama once said “we are defined not by our borders but by our bonds”, this magazine serves as a unifying factor, bringing people of different backgrounds, countries, and origins together.

It is beyond possible exaggeration that the publication of the Beyond Borders Magazine is one of the lofty projects of the Association of Nigerian Scholarship Students in Russia (ANSSIR).
The editorial crew is delighted to be part of this important landmark in the history of ANSSIR. Thus, we have given beyond our best to make this magazine highly enjoyable, inspiring, and informative by collating articles on a variety of topics with regard to socio-economic issues, lifestyle, sports, social sciences, literature, and education.

This magazine also features “THE HISTORY OF ANSSIR”, interviews with ANSSIRites who have displayed excellence beyond borders, articles from the Nigerian Embassy in Moscow, and many entertaining works such as poems, proses, and collections of facts.
